VOLNAY CAPITAL Ricky Beliveau
Ricky Beliveau, owner of Volnay Capital, is recognized as one of the best developers in Boston. With a decade of wide-spread real estate experience, his completed portfolio includes over 100 renovated and newly constructed condos. Working closely with his business partner and friend, Jack Ordway of EJO General Contracting, this team has carved out a niche for bringing luxury units to the East Boston market. Applying his vast knowledge and strong industry relationships, Ricky has earned a reputation for delivering a finished product that marries pleasing aesthetics with uncompromised integrity. Taking a hands- on approach from inception to post-completion, Ricky acts as the property manager on all of his projects to ensure his buildings withstand the test of time.
BACK BAY DESIGN Dan Beliveau
Dan Beliveau has over 25 years of experience learning every aspect of building and design. Dan grew up in the industry working with his father, owner of RAB construction, a design/build firm specializing in both commercial and residential sectors. Working for his father, a perfectionist and master of all trades, Dan developed a sophisticated eye and became skilled in the art of fine carpentry at an early age. He was able to see and apprentice for each sub-contracted specialty and develop the crucial skills to keep a project moving if a plumber, electrician, sheet rocker or framer didn’t show up.
